RETURNS
- Examination Period:
* Customers are encouraged to examine the clothing items upon delivery.
* You have the opportunity to inspect the items for any defects, sizing discrepancies, or errors at the time of delivery.
- Immediate Return for Faulty Products:
* If you identify any fault, defect, or error directly attributable to our company’s oversight or manufacturing process, you have the right to initiate an immediate return.
* Please notify the delivery person immediately and provide details regarding the issue encountered.
- Return Claim Process:
* Return claims for errors from the company must be made directly to the delivery person upon receipt of the order.
* The delivery person will assess the situation and facilitate the return process accordingly.
* We kindly request that you provide clear details regarding the nature of the error or defect to expedite the return process.
- Eligibility Criteria:
* To be eligible for return, items must be in unused and unworn condition, with all tags and labels intact. Without tags, return is not accepted
- Exclusions:
* Items that have been damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or neglect are not eligible for return.
* Returns requested beyond the immediate inspection period may not be accepted.
*Returns made solely due to change of mind may not be accepted. Kindly place orders only after careful consideration.
- Refunds and Exchanges:
* Upon successful verification of the return, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
* In the case of exchanges, we will endeavor to fulfill your request based on available inventory. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.
* Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
